How long does SEO consultancy typically last?

Most engagements begin with an SEO audit and roadmap before moving into a monthly consultancy retainer. For that reason, the minimum engagement is three months. After this, it moves to a rolling monthly retainer (because I believe you should only work with me for as long as you need to).

For many of my clients, we’ve worked together for three years or longer.

The classic SEO answer would be to say: it depends.

The more helpful answer is that brands typically spend between £1,500 and £4,500 on SEO retainers.

The exact rate is calculated based on your specific needs, actions, and the size of the website. If you have a specific budget to work with, let me know as we can always adjust the scope to find the perfect balance.

You’ll only ever work with me. I pride myself on working closely with my clients so I’ll always be your go-to consultant for the entire time we work together.

I would love to promise results but that’s sadly not the way SEO works. Nobody can predict the future of SEO (no matter what they may tell you).
